Job Description

• Implement and execute effectively and robustly Regulatory Compliance Programme to support the organization strategic objectives toward sound regulatory compliance culture in line with best market practices and regulatory expectations
• Assist in providing assurance around compliance with all relevant laws, rules, regulations, guidelines and internal control
• Keep abreast and implement / execute timely issuance of applicable legislation and regulatory policies and practices to various stakeholders
• Identify and monitor non-compliance arising from the operations to facilitate compliance mitigation strategies
• Ensure the compliance procedures, systems and controls are up-to-date and effective
• Assist in conducting the compliance review by examining and analysing documents, records and practices of the business operations against the statutory and regulatory requirement

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent
• Minimum of 1 (one) year in compliance, legal, audit and/or risk management in the financial services and/or capital market industry
• Knowledge in Islamic financial product, financial services and / or capital market’s law, rules and regulations
• Good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess analytical, deductive skills;
• High initiative, self-drive and capability to meet reporting deadlines
• Analytical, deductive skills; inquisitive, meticulous and a team player
• Fresh graduates with strong education background are encouraged to apply
